IF YOU ARE SIMPLY RUNNING LATE
If you are just running late, it is not necessary to change your appointment time. Most testing events will allow you to show up late so long as you arrive within the testing hours for the day. (For example, if you have signed up for drive-thru testing at 2:00pm and the posted drive-thru hours are 8:00am-5:00pm for the day in question, you can show up at 3:00pm, but you cannot show up at 5:30pm )

TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT
First log into your Dragonfly Account. You will be immediately taken to your user dashboard with your currently scheduled appointments. Here you can click the RESCHEDULE button and be taken to the list of available times you may reschedule to. You can also click the CANCEL button and cancel the appointment entirely.
